1. Hoka Clifton 9 running shoes. I was late to the game on Hokas but I’m 100% convinced they are superior to all other running shoes. They are not ideal for weightlifting as the sole is very thick. But walking, running, and daily activities… it’s like stepping on a cloud.
2. Goodr glasses. No slip, they don’t fog up, they are cheap ($25), and you can get them in a bazillion fun colors.
3. Apple Watch. I was a Garmin for lifer until I got the Apple Watch. It’s just so convenient. I was hesitant to get one because I didn’t want more technology in front of my face all day, but I actually spend less time on screens now that I have the watch. I can see and respond to a text without falling into the abyss of the internet.
4. Weight lifting gloves. I kept trying to power through the pain and the callouses that were building up on my palms from weightlifting. Then I got the gloves and realized my grip is better on the bar so my lifting is improved with them on anyway! I think these ones are so cute: https://a.co/d/bkSrdzx

5. Ninja blender. It has multiple blades so your whole protein shake gets blended, not just the bottom. I also use mine as a food processor.
6. Nike waist pack. I wear one while I run or bike with my phone, any energy chews or gel, and my air pods. It doesn’t bounce and has plenty of room — I’ve even fit diapers and wipes for my toddler in my waist pack. 8. Air pods. Got to have them on a long run for trashy 90s music or a podcast.
9. Dry erase boards and markers. I use one at home to jot down my workout so I don’t forget what I’m doing, or to keep count of my reps or how much weight I’ve lifted.
10. Multi-pack of nuts and seeds. I usually keep some in my purse or in the car for a quick snack! It often saves me from a trip through the drive-through.
11. Prime. We all know water is best. But sometimes you want something else and I feel a million times better about Prime than soda. I like ice pop and cherry freeze!
12. Simple Modern tumbler. Filling it up with ice first and carrying it around all day helps me to drink more water.
